Stage I - Performance Kit

Wake up that 103"!

The Fullsac Stage I performance kit provides a serious 18% HP increase with cooler engine temps and improved mileage.

Step one:
Your restrictive stock headpipe is replaced with the Fullsac X-Pipe.
The X-Pipe is a direct replacement ceramic coated step header that accepts
stock heat shields, maintaining factory appearance. Drastically reduces heat while providing a substantial  increase in Horsepower. Designed on the dyno to provide
a very broad powerband that is specifically tuned for Heavily loaded Touring bikes.

Step two:
Your stock mufflers are replaced with a pair of Fullsac Touring Mufflers.
Beautiful slash cut , rolled edge end cap can be rotated up or down. Removable high flow spiral louvered cores greatly reduce back pressure while giving a smooth civilized rumble. Available in two sound levels.
1.75 quiet core and our 2.0 standard core.
 

Step three:
The stock air cleaner gets replaced with the dyno proven Big Sucker!
The Arlen Ness Big Sucker performs great and maintains stock appearance.
 

Step Four:
The key ingredient. A precise Fullsac TTS fuel map. Hours of dyno work have gone into our 103 Limited" fuel maps to ensure our customers a true
“Plug and Play” experience. No additional dyno time is required.
The TTS MasterTune software is user friendly and provides the home mechanic with full access in to the factory computer with a host of exclusive features.
