The 2010-2013 Harley 103s Touring bikes are known for their great comfort, great heat and not so great power. Fortunatley for their owners, Fullsac has unleashed some serious power combined with cooler temps from these sleeping giants. The Fullsac Stage I 103 kit provides a dyno proven 10-14 HP gain with a 12-14 point increase in TQ with just a few simple bolt ons. The Stage 2 Kit delivers almost a 30hp gain with over a 20 foot pounds of torque increase with the addition of an Andrews 54 Cam Set. Hours of dyno testing have revealed the matching componets that all work in hamony to provide smooth reliable power with the big torque required to accellerate the 900 pound Touring Bike with authority. Fullsac modified OEM mufflers produce a smooth civilized cruise speed rumble that will rise to a roar with a twist of the wrist. Full throttle passes on impeding motorist with open windows will bring a smile to your face. Returning to cruise tames the beast so you can enjoy your stereo as you log the miles.
 

Step one:

Your restrictive stock headpipe is replaced with the Fullsac X-Pipe.
The X-Pipe is a direct replacement ceramic coated header that accepts
stock heat shields, maintaining factory appearance. Drastically reduces heat while providing a substantial  increase in Horsepower. Designed on the dyno to provide
a very broad powerband that is specifically tuned for Heavily loaded Touring bikes.

Step two:

Your stock mufflers are modified with a pair of Fullsac Recore Kit
The Fullsac recore kit coverts your stock OEM Touring mufflers into true performance parts. Each kit comes with Beautiful slash cut , rolled edge end caps. Available in Black or Chrome. Removable high flow spiral louvered cores greatly reduce back pressure while giving a smooth civilized rumble.

Available in our 2.0 standard core.

Installation requires cutting and drilling of your stock muffler bodies and should be an easy job for the home builder. Detailed instructions are included.
 

Step three:

The stock air cleaner gets replaced with the dyno proven S&S Stealth.
Accepts the stock cover, performs great and maintains factory appearance.
 

Step Four:

The key ingredient. A precise Fullsac TTS fuel map. Hours of dyno work have gone into our 103" fuel maps to ensure our customers a true “Plug and Play” experience. No additional dyno time is required.
The TTS MasterTune software is user friendly and provides the home mechanic with full access in to the factory computer with a host of exclusive features.
