Stage I - Sleeper Kit

Awake the sleeping giant!

Maintain factory looks while increasing power by over 15%! Designed for the home mechanic, the Fullsac sleeper kit provides a serious seat of the pants power increase with cooler engine temps and improved mileage.

Step one:

Your restrictive stock headpipe is replaced with the Fullsac X-Pipe.
The new X-Pipe is a direct replacement ceramic coated step header that fits perfectly under the factory stock heat shields. Designed on the dyno to provide a very broad powerband that is specifically tuned for Heavily loaded Touring bikes.
 

Step two:

A set of Fullsac CVO Power Cores converts your stock mufflers into true performance parts while providing a smooth civilized rumble. Three sound levels to choose from.
 

Step Three:

The key ingredient. A precise Fullsac TTS fuel map. Hours of dyno work have gone into our CVO 110" fuel maps to ensure our customers a true “Plug and Play” experience.     No additional dyno time is required. The TTS MasterTune software is user friendly and provides the home mechanic with full access in to the factory computer with a host of exclusive features.
 

CVO 2010 and earlier Ultras will require a high flow AC for best results.
CVO Street Glides and Road Glides have a High Flow AC stock.
The Arlen Ness Big Sucker performs great and maintains stock appearance.
