2009-2010 CVO 110" Touring Bikes
Stage II -
Sleeper Kit
Upgrade to the next power
level!
Go from stage I to stage II
with the simple installation of a set of Andrews 54 cams. The dyno
chart says it all!
The stock SE 255 cams may be
well suited for passing an emissions test, but completely miss
matched in a 110" Touring engine. The Andrews 54 cam is a mild
grind that produces exceptional mid range torque with no increase
in valve train noise. Civilized manors with a 42 degree intake
closing make this cam a great choice for the long distance Touring
rider. A very welcomed slight loss in cranking pressure gives the
big 110 easier starting when hot and more tolerance to running
lower octane fuel without pinging. Adjustable pushrods and heavy
duty valve springs are not required or recommended with this cam.
Remapping is required, but like always, we got ya covered with a
precise fuel map from our hours of in-house dyno testing.
While cams are being installed,
its a convenient time to slip in a set of Cometic .030 head
gaskets. Optional but highly recommended, these thinner head
gaskets will decrease excessive piston to head clearance improving
combustion efficiency, while again increasing low octane fuel
tolerance.
TTS Fuel map included with cam
purchase.
