We start with your stock FLH mufflers and completely remove the stock 1 3/8 pea-shooter core and replace it with a continuous 1 ¾ to 1 7/8 to 2” spiral louvered step-core. Our uninterrupted core design has shown a dyno proven 6 HP gain on a completely stock bike with over 100 HP and 100 FT pounds of torque on a modified 95”motor. This core configuration is the result of hours of welding and testing to achieve maximum performance with a smooth progressive exhaust note. A conservative rumble at cruise that lets you ride all day. Twist the grip to pass, and the rumble builds into a fine tuned roar that lets 'em know you are coming by! Excellent choice for the touring rider. Economically priced as well.
